ViaWallet cooperates with multiple mainstream mining pools to provide you with the fastest BTC transaction acceleration service.
Since the transaction acceleration cannot be cancelled after submission, please note that your payment is NOT REFUNDABLE.
How does BTC Transaction Accelerator work?
Estimate acceleration feePaste or enter the transaction hash that you want to accelerate, and click "Estimate Price" to estimate the cost of acceleration.01
Charge acceleration feeYou can choose BCH or LTC as the payment method. After receiving your acceleration fee, ViaWallet will notify all cooperative mining pools.02
Complete transaction accelerationWhen any cooperative mining pool produces a block, your transaction will be packed preferentially to realize transaction acceleration.03
Q1 What is BTC Transaction Accelerator?
When the BTC network is congested or the transfer fee is too low, which results in the delayed confirmation of the transaction, you can use the transaction accelerator to make your transaction be packaged first and increase the confirmation speed.
Q2 How does BTC Transaction Accelerator work?
All BTC transactions need to be packed and confirmed by miners. ViaWallet cooperates with many mainstream mining pools. When any cooperative mining pool produces a block, the mining pool will propose your transaction from the pending transaction memory pool, and prioritize the packaging to achieve transaction acceleration.
Q3 How is it priced?
When you're using BTC Transaction Accelerator, ViaWallet Explorer will calculate the price required for acceleration based on factors such as transaction volume, current cryptocurrency price, and so on.
Q4 Why does it prompt "Tx hash not found" after clicking [Estimate Price]?
First of all, please make sure that the transaction hash you entered is correct. If it is confirmed, it may be the poor broadcast of BTC network that caused the receiving failure of your transaction information by ViaWallet Explorer. You can manually broadcast using the Tx Broadcast tool before accelerating.
Q5 Why doesn't transaction acceleration support refunds?
Since the transaction acceleration cannot be canceled once submitted, the payment cannot be refunded. After you have paid the acceleration fees, ViaWallet Explorer will send your transaction to the partner mining pools. Once a block is mined, your transaction will be packed immediately.
Q6 Why does the actual acceleration time differ from the estimated confirmation time?
The estimated confirmation time is calculated in real-time, based on BTC network difficulty, and the hash rate ratios in partner mining pools of ViaWallet Explorer. However, BTC block time is also affected by the miner's luck, and that's why it may take more or less time in the actual acceleration.
Q7 Will it help speed up the confirmation if I pay more acceleration fees?
When paying the acceleration fee, please pay exactly according to the acceleration fee (excluding transaction fee) given by ViaWallet Explorer. If the transfer amount is greater or less than the acceleration fee, the system will not be able to match the order, and overpayment will not improve the speed of confirmation, but will lead to acceleration failure.
Q8 Why is my pending transaction confirmed by a mining pool other than ViaBTC?
ViaWallet cooperates with multiple mainstream mining pools to provide you with the fastest BTC transaction acceleration service. If your transaction is confirmed by a mining pool other than ViaBTC, it may be our partner who accelerates the transaction for you.
